Peek at the cupboard

Take a look at your cupboard and you will definitely find few simple kitchen ingredients that can be used as natural anxiety remedies.

• Look for almonds. What you need to do is to soak the almonds in water overnight so that you can easily peel off the skin the next morning. Now put these nuts into the grinder alongside a cup of warm milk, a pinch of ginger and nutmeg. Drink this just before you go to sleep next time.

• Did you know that baking soda too can be used in order to relax your body? Just add 1/3 cup of the baking soda and another 1/3 cup of ginger to your warm bath. Soak in your prepared tub for at least 15 minutes to say goodbye to tensions and stress.

• Oil can be an active ingredient too when looking for ways to reduce anxiety. Heated oil like sesame and coconut oil can be rubbed over the entire body like the scalp in massaging fashion.
